makes up the ground floor of the owners
superb villa.
It is situated in a slightly elevated position,but within a
pretty 200 metre walk of the fine sand beach, next to the
Sunset Beach Hotel atTorrequebrada.
A short walk down the hill towards Benalmadena,provides a superb
choice of restaurants and bars including the owner's own restaurant
' La Gran Ola ', which is situated on the beachfront promenade,
along which you can walk to the magnificent Benalmadena marina.
The apartment comprises a master bedroom with a double Thai
style bamboo bed and a fully tiled en-suite
shower room.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the use of a second fully
tiled bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and power shower.
A comfortable camp bed can be provided, enabling the apartment
to sleep a maximum of 5 persons
There is a spacious lounge with multi-channel T.V. DVD and CD
player.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, turbo
oven, digital hob, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The private front door to the apartment opens out onto the secluded
and lushly landscaped patio area, surrounding the large private
swimming pool, with it's magnificent mountain views.
A Barbacue is provided.
There are enough children's toys and pool accessories, to keep
the kid's amused indefinately.
A Cot and Highchair are available if required.
Torrequebrada
is situated close to the Benalmadena
to Fuengirola coast road and is within easy reach of
Malaga Airport (20 minutes),
Mijas (30 minutes) and Ronda
(75 minutes). The magical city of Granada
with its must-see Moorish Citadel ‘The Alhambra’
is approximately ninety minutes drive away. Chic
Marbella
and Puerto Banus are just a 45 minutes drive to the west and
Gibralter is a further 45 minutes on from there.
We will be pleased to arrange car hire on request. However with
everything you are likely to require, including supermarkets,
within an easy walk, car hire is certainly not essential. Taxis
can be hired from Malaga Airport to the accommodation at reasonable
cost. |
